Just to flag that the US office (which seems to be the same UK staff as we’d usually speak to) said they were prioritising relocations due to the LA fires at the moment. This meant they wouldn’t wait 4 minutes once they answered the phone (having been on hold for 15) to book the seats once they came out. Usually the agent is happy to wait as long as it’s only a couple of minutes. Fortunately I was able to book the seats online instead.
