We currently do not have a revised departure time for your flight tomorrow. Our teams are doing all they can and will be in contact as soon as we have this information.
So as things stand, if you do nothing you will get your existing seats on BA56 JNB-LHR, originally scheduled for 19:25 on Saturday. It is currently scheduled for Sunday morning 08:10 and arrival Sunday evening into LHR 17:30. Now that's subject to confirmation but I would certainly consider that option. Because it is tied in to the BA57 flight now due out at 17:00 hrs from LHR, you can track that flight and thus have some degree of confidence before going to bed that this flight will be coming back. The 08:10 time is optimistic, I would expect reality to be an hour or two later.

After a 4 hour delay (5 hours in some circumstances) you can ask to be rebooked to alternative services, or you can take a refund and rebook yourself, though I can't see that option useful on that particular route. So yes, you can ask to be moved to the Sunday BA54 or BA56, and yes there is space at the moment. Ring the disruption number in the email / post 1 if you want to do this, since on the 777 service there is only one pair of WTP seats next to each other.
