So if you value sleep, just wear the eyeshield and earplugs. Then you wouldn't be waken up by the lights or the noises of everyone having breakfast. You can wake up like 30min to landing then ask the crew for an express breakfast (they still willing to serve you full breakfast 40min to landing, later than that maybe they would give you some pastries).
Eyeshades and earplugs are often insufficient to keep light sleepers asleep, as they don’t work against increased FA movement about the cabin or food smells wafting about.
