No. The F (+OWE) and J (+OWS) check in to the far right side of T8 are for AA and BA only. The agents only have access to flights operated by AA and BA.
FWIW if you check the AA forum you will also see that de facto access to flagship checkin is iffy even for AA OWEs on qualified itineraries.

Yes. You should have access to priority security lanes with the appropriate cabin class or FFP credentials. It is the same line that feeds in directly from AA/BA F and J check in areas.
