The lasagna is likely the same lasagna that AA used to serve in F domestically a few years back - there's various reviews on the AA forum about it...all mostly good.
I can't imagine there are many food service suppliers that manufacture frozen cauliflower lasagna for airline use.
I think it’s exactly that. It’s a solid meal. Hilarious it’s now in united economy though because AA really had this option for years in domestic F and international PE.
