I did some rough measuring in Google Maps, and it looks like it will be around 100-250' difference in horizontal difference, depending on where you come out of the 4.5 core or T5 headhouse.

It's roughly a 200' walk from the AC/FL entrance to the left turn to the TBIT connector. It's 300' from that left turn to the west end of the 4.5 core and 450' to the east end of the 4.5 core. Rough measuring and math, it will add ~10% to the current journey, depending on the final design.
