1. Think United app is generally seen as the best one out there. Not the fanciest design but everything works - especially in comparison to others.

2.2. Yes, United
2.3. No, but United just announced a partnership with Apple using AirTags
2.4. No map, but gate notifications / updates on United app
2.5. Yes, United
3. Better airport info, also base on status / TSA (e.g. security, lounge location)
