I don't know about the warranty on the ZDX line (although I'd be pretty disappointed if it didn't live up the standards that i've seen talked about), but I will say that I bought a couple of the ZDX midsize spinners and the zdx cabin bags (can't remember if it's the US or europe sized one) through the costco next program. Only had them for a year, but for me, we've had a higher number than usual number of flights than we'd normally have had during that time period, including a number of connections, and a number of loading bags onto and off of cruise ships. Other than a couple of minor scuffs on them that I suspect I could probably largely wipe off with a damp cloth, I'm pretty impressed with them. The last set of luggage I had did less travel than that over about a year and a half, and was completely falling apart (thankfully, it was bought from costco, don't buy the delsey crap, we were able to return it). I'd always been leery about buying more expensive luggage, but I'm kinda wishing I'd done it a lot earlier now.
