The D1/FC/DM/MM line was not present for whatever reason. And because of that, I, like you, felt uncomfortable just walking to the front. If it should have been there but was not, I suppose DL can take note and address the process issue.

Not my recent experience at E. The general line was about 12 pax, obscuring the sign for the D1/FC line. I walked to the front and was told in no uncertain terms that there was only one line: "I decide when to open the other line!"
This is exactly why I did not walk straight to the front.
