You need to finish checking bags at T-60. Checkin typically opens 2-3h before your flight. You mentioned you're connecting in MAD, so your flight will be intra-Schengen.
Is that similar to connecting domestically in the U.S if it is intra-schengen? Trying to determine how early we should get to the airport and wake our 5 and 3 year old. Don't want to get their super early if not needed. Thanks.
