I'm sitting in the SEA SkyClub as I write this. I had to wait in a 40-minute line to get in (my qualifying criteria: platinum medallion flying in international Premium Select AND DL Amex Reserve card holder). Even those in the "preferred line" (Diamonds, D1, first class) has to wait ~20 minutes. The way they handled it was they admitted 2 from the preferred line, then 1 from the peon line, and back and forth.

Anyway, a couple of rants:

1. I don't like that domestic first class qualifies for the "fast track" Sky Club entry line. Yeah, you got upgraded on your SEA-SFO flight. That just doesn't seem to have the gravitas of a Delta One passenger or a Diamond Medallion.
Mod Note: Disparagement of other passengers is not welcome here. Additionally, this thread is about access rules and not ranting about other passengers. Comments deleted.
