Looks like I will be making a reservation for my mom and aunt in mid-February when my mom returns to Taiwan. My mom arrives at around 10:30 PM or so, and it will be too late for them to go all the way to the hometown.

Seems like the MTA runs until midnight, so they should have plenty of time to take the train the 1-2 stops to the HR so this seems like the best bet.
