Because Alaska's not stupid, they are fighting for market share in CA. WA/OR/AK? LOLOLOLOL we already have plenty of people who will book on Alaska, we don't need to offer THEM discounts. Same reason why big discount promotions happen at SF Giants games and not Mariners games.
