We ran out of Alaska miles so I used our BA Avios to book a flight. How do we check in? The flight does not show in my BAEC account, nor does the AS website recognize the PNR. I chatted with Alaska about seat assignments and they have the booking (found by ticket number) but the AS website does not recognize the ticket numbers either.

Any ideas?
