I've gladly obliged BA with some feedback. The interesting thing I noticed was that they also sent me a "we value your opinion" email exactly 2 weeks before the changes. This one coming just slightly over 2 weeks after leaves me wondering if that's deliberate. i.e. did they want a 'before and after' to see how my sentiments have changed?
Anyway, I'm done with "the club". I'm not even that upset anymore. As I said in the feedback, I won't boycott BA but I won't go out of my way to fly BA any longer (which I did because of status), so if they want me to keep flying them, they'd have to improve majorly on quality and convenience, or heavily discount the tickets so I feel it's worth the inconvenience of another bad BA experience for that discount compared to Air France or Qatar.
