The 30% is not on fuel surcharge and taxes -> limited discount on the cheap J tickets (AMS-NAP fi goes down from from 354 to 330 Euro since the bare ticket price is around 80 Euro). Good price per XP though, particularly if you need to be somewhere in Feb where ITA flies.
