Post takeoff drinks + dates & Arabic coffee + beetroot chips (was offered option between peanuts and this).



Amuse bouche - beef with something I can’t remember



Baeri caviar with Balik style salmon served with a selection of accompaniments, blinis and Melba toast - I’m not a caviar person so not in a position to comment on taste/quality but I thoroughly I enjoyed it



Dill marinated crayfish with fennel salad orange, radicchio leaf and dark rye croutons - 9/10 this was a great dish overall



Braised beef short ribs with mustard seed jus cauliflower purée, sautéed baby spinach and potato galette - 10/10 beef was super tender



Warm praline cookie with hazelnut ice cream hot chocolate fudge and caramelised orange segments - 8/10 this was slightly overly indulgent for me but nevertheless a great warm dessert if you have a very sweet palate
