The simplest is to look in the app under PREMIUM REWARDS ELITE BENEFITS.
For the website, you have first go to the REWARDS tab and then click REDEEM POINTS which will take you to the the rewards portal, where you will then click on TRAVEL & LIFESTYLE CREDITS to get to the page with the meters.

Now my problem is: while Bank of America after 2 weeks finally sent a letter inside of the account that they will post the missing credit from 2024 soon (credit still has not come in yet though), the meter still shows the values for 2024? It is now January 16?!? Would it be safe to now go ahead and buy the AA e-gift cards etc? Wouldn't want to have to deal with the customer service again, I'd like for the credits to post automatically if possible.
