I expect this is not an option but wanted real world validation. Myself, SO, and adult spawn will be flying CX ( in Y) with a 6 hour layover in HKG. Being OW Sapphire allows me to enter the business lounge with one guest. Is there a way to pay to allow my spawn entry? I expect it is one and done with no way for a second guest even willing to pay.
