You might be right. But it's coming up on 8 weeks since my HA credit card account cycled and because Hawaiian doesn't display EQMs earned from credit card spend on their website there is absolutely no way to tell if they credited the ones earned via spend let alone if they forwarded that information to Alaska to include when they run, or ran, the software to update status.
Alaska promised that status based on combined EQMs from HA and AS would happen by the end of last year. Whether that didn't happen or whether it did but failed to include EQMs from HA credit card spend isn't clear nor is when or even if Alaska is going to recompute EQMs earned in 2024 in both programs, including HA credit card spend.
Perhaps I'm the only one on FT for whom those EQMs are the gating item to being bumped to a higher elite level but my thought was that there might be a few others in the same situation and knowing if their EQMs from HA spend had been carried over to AS and upped their status would help in figuring out whether this was a systemic problem.
One thing for sure HA failing to display EQMs earned via spend is making things a lot more difficult. Without that information the agents at AS customer service are, not unreasonably, having a hard time figuring out how to proceed.
