It looks like they may have removed the SDC option from the app completely....? I noticed that the SDC button wasn't visible on my app for my trip over Christmas. I thought it was just a fluke on that one trip, but just I checked in for a trip tomorrow and it is not there again.
You can still search for new flights, but it comes up with fare differences (and of course, the discussion about trying to remember which letter of the alphabet your original fare was doesn't need to be rehashed...). Also don't see a dedicated SDC on the website without going through the standard Change Flights option.
