Hope:
1. Conversion 1:1
2 & 4. KE's program is widely revamped. Real tiers introduced, but potentially a mild hit to OZ elites going forward (but not current). Maybe a tougher road to hit the middle tier, but current elites get a new, matching status level with KE.
3. 1 or 1.25 - 1 conversion. Lifetimes status/totals maintained.

Expectation:
1. Conversion 1.25 - 1.5:1
2. Same as hope. I think sticking it to OZ elites is possible, because once they own the entire market who cares how badly they screw over customers. But that would foreshadow a massive screwing over of everybody, something I think they want to avoid in the short term.
3. 1.25-1.5, same as award miles.
