Cash upgrades are often available at check-in for all of these products, and are less expensive than paying the full fare in advance.
Getting the regional routes at check in is fairly easy, but getting Naha, Ishigaki, Miyako at check in is a lot more difficult unless you are an AMC member. ANA members can request upgrades (or be added to the waitlist) from tow days before. Osaka is also pretty easy, I guess the short flight means less interest.
Also the regional routes, my Akita example above can be had for very reasonable prices in advance.
