Delta upgraded me to F on 29 of 38 elegible flights (76%)
Alaska upgraded me to F on 13 of 20 elegible flights (65%)
I figured the difference is that I'm based in the DC area, so many of my Alaksa flights are cross country while my Delta flights are more varied.
Short haul on AS I get around 90% F upgrades except Seattle. To/from Seattle it’s around 60%. Transcon or Hawaii is around 40-50% if I don’t use GGU. Still much better than AA.
