I've got the same issue.

Statement closed 1/13 with no miles posted as of 1/16 and there are blanks where the mileage earned info usually is.

Edited to add: I just did a live chat with AMEX. The miles I'm due from the January statement will be transferred on 1/17 and should show up within 48 hours. I told them they can plan on hearing from me again if I don't see them by the 20th. No explanation as to why those boxes on the statement were blank, but I'm pretty sure by the phrasing that was used that English fluency is an iffy.
