Yes, still doesn’t work. Alaska said there’s something wrong with the system and to try back in 24 hours (which is just about right now). I wonder if that’s what they tell everyone or if it really will be fixed today.
Finally got the transfer to work, after talking to 3 different Alaska reps. Turns out my Alaska account was “inactive”. I don’t understand how that happened since I’ve used it multiple times in the last year, including just 3 days ago to book an awards flight.
