To get elite benefit, it need to show on boarding pass?

Hi, I got gold with Qatar, but I want to collect miles on an Alaska flight into Qantas instead.

I was planning to put Qantas number on my Alaska flights and show my QR status to use benefits at the airport for free luggage, lounge access, ect.

This can be done with Star Alliance. they have 2 slots to put the frequent flyer number in, 1 slot for the benefit, and another slot for the miles collected. Im able to get free luggage, and enter a lounge by just showing my status while collecting the miles into another program. The only thing I can't do is to use fast track. Because it needs to scan the bar code on the boarding pass, and if my boarding pass doesn't have status I won't be able to use it either. This is ok for me.

But it seems not to be the case for Oneworld?. I read somewhere that an Alaska agent won't allow you to use the lounge unless the OW status is stated on the boarding pass. The same thing goes for checked bags?. not to mention nowadays domestic airports use auto-check bags machines and I barely find agents around anymore. So the Qatar number has to be put on my boarding pass if I want to get any benefit at all and I can't collect miles into Qantas. I have to only choose 1, correct?

Is it possible to ask the lounge agent to change my frequent flyer number after I get out of the lounge before going to the gate? Has anyone ever done this?

I got like 11 flights with Alaska next month so this is quite a headache.

Thank you for your input and sorry for my English.
