RLH owns all of Mayakoba and numerous other hotels and resorts. The properties have different management companies, but RLH is the principal owner, so the above poster is incorrect. The only caveat is that actually Hyatt owns part of Andaz Mayakoba as it is a joint venture between RLH & Hyatt. So it would be very difficult for the property to reflag from Hyatt unless RLH bought Hyatt out of their share of ownership.
