Yes, as per posts above, it is called "Seat for comfort". If I recall correctly - a long time since I used to book them - you pay the underlying fare, but no TFCs for the additional seat. I should warn you that, unless the process has improved, it is rather hit 'n' miss. NCL were particularly bad at releasing the seat when the flight got under airport control.
