Can I jump in and ask a quick question regarding reward flights when not starting in London.

I'm looking to book two EDI-LHR-MIA returns using Avios and the associated Barclays upgrade vouchers (two)

I've tried pricing but am continually getting an error message on the BA website, however, it seems to work when I drop EDI and search LHR-MIA.

Does anyone know if I need to call the BA call centre to book 'from the regions' or could I book LHR-MIA and ask the call centre to add the connections from EDI

Any guidance would be appreciated.
