When I search google flights, domestic premium class on NH is displayed as PEY. However, for future dates, the ANA Premium class is considerably more expensive than JAL domestic business or domestic first!

For example, I'm looking at some random return dates from TYO -CTS in early July. ANA Premium class is USD800+. OTOH, JL domestic C is between USD250-300, and domestic First is about USD530+.
Premium Class counts as a first class product, it books in to A and F.

The old seats are a pretty abysmal shell seat, but the newer ones are quite comfy.

The soft product is not quite up to the JAL standards, both in terms of service, food, and mostly drinks. Your sparkling wine on ANA will be served in a paper cup, but with the current Veuve Olivier sparkling wine you probably want to stay clear of that selection anyway. One of the highlights is that they do serve sake from Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute.

Food offering is a bit weird. Sometimes you just get a small box of sandwiches, sometimes you get a more substantial cold dish, and some times even a hot component. I think the hot component is really only on routes where JAL has F and in main meal periods. JAL food is definitely better

Example sandwich box, I have had smaller ones than this one. Okinawa flight in prime lunch time.

More substantial example. Akita flight in prime dinner time.

The benefit of ANA Premium Class is that it is basically available on all mainline flights. Where JAL only has F on quite limited routes.
