Hertz finally replied to my complaint as to them taking my points. Despite a December 18, 2024 private message (Twitter/X DM) from Hertz to me telling me I didn't have points at risk of expiring, Hertz says the expiration is valid. I may well be headed towards arbitration as m907 proposes. What a waste of oxygen this company has become.
