HEL is a bit out of the way. I lost track of whether CX overflies Russia. All my recent flights to Europe went over Turkey so I want to say no?
They overfly Russia to/from BOS, YYZ, JFK, and sometimes ORD. TMK, HK-Europe is a little different though because there are lots of places they want (or need) to avoid.
