You'll receive two cards downstairs - the FL invite (laminated black card), and the FFD invite. When I went to MIA in December, they made a 2nd boarding pass and stapled it to the FFD invite. Hand that to the entrance clerk at FFD when you are ready to dine.

I believe you should be allowed a guest into FFD because you are GGL/F/LongHaul, but I'll let others confirm for sure.
