My offers are 4000 bonus miles for $4000 and 4000 more bonus miles for an additional $4000. What is not clear to me in the T&C is whether or not these offers are mutually exclusive. If they aren't, why would anyone choose the lower threshold "offer" instead of the larger threshold one?
