Yeah, it's hard for me to imagine how that would work... At the rate that just the up-gauging from using larger and increasingly denser planes has caused those concourses to bulge at the seams, they need to widen the concourses just to keep the same gates. My brain explodes trying to picture more people passing through those choke points to access additional gates. To make an effective difference, they can't just widen it that tiny bit indicated -- given the space restrictions they will likely need to do a more comprehensive redesign of existing B and C... Even if they aren't counting on that in the master plan yet.
