I clicked through to the next page on my account and got a pop-up with more details. Annual fee for Premier is indeed $150. No signup/upgrade bonus offer. Oddly it says if I choose to upgrade today it would take effect on 2/7/2025. Not sure what that 3 week lag is all about. So maybe that is the date the card actually re-launches.
