In the 70's, I believe Les Nessman had a booked flight CVG-DAY during Christmas.
in the 70s (Jun 1973, to be precise) I flew CMH<>DAY; DL DC8 one way and TW DC9 the other (also Lockbourne AFB to Wright-Patterson AFB as part of a Jan 1975 Space-Available trip on a Navy P-3B, but that’s not relevant here)

I also logged about a dozen each CVG<>CMH and CVG<>DAY between ~1983 and 2007, on aircraft ranging from a Saab SF340 to a 757
