I purchased an AS ticketed combined AS/PD itinerary. For the PD leg on their website, I can't select seats for free and I don't see where I can enter my AS FFN.

Do I get free seat selection ahead of time since it's AS ticketed or is it only free at check in?

Where can I enter my AS FFN to credit miles? Thanks.
