In the past, instant upgrades required PN>0. The website now says:
Instant upgrades
Upgrade to the next-higher cabin whenever you travel on Y-, B- or M-class fares in Complimentary Premier Upgrade markets.
Does this mean that GS get upgraded on a Y, B, or M if there is a
seat in F or is it just sloppy verbiage?
