I have an upcoming DL operated red eye flight from LIH - SEA, departing LIH at 10:51 PM on Friday night, arriving in SEA at ~6 AM Saturday morning.

It's a bit confusing because the terms state "same-day boarding pass", but...technically, with the time zone difference from Hawaiian to Pacific time, the flight would depart LIH after midnight Pacific time, so I'm hoping this is okay!
Also a bit random but I was hoping to check out the new SkyClub in SEA but it looks like it won't be open until May
As emmadog said, yes you will. You might want to take a screenshot of your boarding pass (or otherwise have a copy available in e.g. a phone wallet) as it makes getting access on arrival easier as the boarding pass sometimes disappears in the app after arrival. Saves you having to explain you're trying to access on arrival and make the staff look up your flight details.
