I can agree with this. Trip is sometimes the only easy way to buy tickets in China (trains specially, but also internal air tickets) so I was forced to use it and I must say I couldn't believe it when I saw the speed they put to pay me back cancelled tickets (in full). I now use it regularly. The mobile app is specially convivial.

The only criticism that I have to Trip is that they do not have a "24 hour cancel no questions asked" policy, unless I suppose you are in the US (I am in the EU).
