Sadly, it seems that the 30% discount applies only to the base fare, so on intra-EU flights that's more or less a 10% discount of the total flight price, at most, if I look around quickly.
First being excited about the discount, I checked a few dates & routes - however, it only seems attractive if you have to travel in February. Comparisons on the same routes in March came up with cheaper fares than what I would pay in Feb after discount.
For one, going short notice is never a recipe for deals, but the voucher seems already priced in on the basic fares.
Anyhow, I hope many find good deals and can make use of it!
