This one in Brazil GVR-TFL. Both cities are around 120 KM / 70 Miles apart so a 90 minute drive.

It is possible to fly commercially between them with AD with a connection in CNF

GVR-CNF 55 mins ATR72
2 hour layover in CNF
CNF-TFL 90 mins Cessna 208 Caravan

TFL-GVR has a 19 hour layover in CNF

All this for 703 USD via google flights

You can get a bus ticket between both cities for 8 USD
