The key with Tokyo is that LH flies to Tokyo Haneda, whereas LX flies to Tokyo Narita.
If your end destination is Tokyo, consider that it is far closer and cheaper to get to town from Haneda than from Narita. I took the Swiss flight recently and had forgot how far NRT is from the city! Only saving grace was that there were zero people at immigration at NRT when the Swiss flight arrived.
Where I'm staying is 45 minutes from Haneda compared to 1 hour from Narita. It's cheaper from Haneda but not enough to be a consideration really.
