I'm going to and from Miami in F and perhaps am having a senior moment, but finding it which lounge can / should use, is a bit baffling. I'm also GGL.

Does anyone know which concourse / gates / terminal BA tends to use and which is the best lounge. I think there's an AA Flagship First I can use in the North Terminal, but BA seem to depart from the Central Terminal and it isn't wholly clear how easy it is to dash between the two.
