i have never tracked my flight spending and in an effort to travel less this year (and no worry about qualifying for GGL ever again!) i put pen to paper.

LHR-SFO in feb which came in at 4800GBP but work paid and booked before i knew about any of these changes to BAC
SFO-JFK 2400USD RT on AA bc i still like the three class a321s while they still fly

in april i have a trip with parents across europe (HEL, BRU, Austria, Italy) and spent just shy of 2200 on all intra-Europe flights for all three of us

in november another parent trip to thailand/vietnam/japan and have spent nearly 6k in the last week on asia flights. now if i include my flights there and back (out on QR and back on Singapore first) thats an additional 9k, and including my parents an additional 20k.

so for 2025 i have spent nearly 35000 so far and at least 15-18k of this would have previously been on BA, but no need to worry myself with that anymore.
