Finally had this dish (out of LAX) and it was good. I was quite happy with it. Shrimp was indeed cooked perfect and the grits were good. Maybe a drop more seasoning on the shrimp & a bit of a kick in the grits would have made it even better but this was a solid dish. The flight up to SEA was great.

Unfortunately the flight from SEA to TPE had a crew that barely said a word and just went through the motions. My meal was fine on that flight but absolutely nothing special.
