I have a question concerning the APC product that BA sells. From looking at pictures of it, it seems that the PCs (in my case an Apple iBook) mains lead needs to be connected to the APC unit, and this seems to be a US style power socket. I do happen to have a US plug for my iBook, but am wondering if what I think can be right. I would have thought that they would need to provide leads and adaptors for the variety of PCs out there, or do they assume that everyone should, have a US plug adaptor? Can anyone clarify for me please before I purchase one (I’m actually in San Francisco at the moment and have seem them in CompUSA for $50 – a bargain in comparison to BA ‘duty free’ price.
