Not really award ticket related, but curious if anyone has booked a QR cash fare on Alaska and been able to add a stopover? It seems like Alaska won't sell any fare that allows a longer stay in Doha. Any multi city search with a segment outside of the US will show no availablity.

Also, I never really paid attention to the fare classes usually when booking on Alaska, but seeing the previous post, I'm saw a Qatar Business (P) fare and was checking the fare rules because when booking on QR, P fares don't include lounge access. And the fare rules mentioned lounge is chargable. But also, it mentioned a $700 change fee and $1000 cancellation fee. Do all these restrictions apply to Alaska-ticketed fares? Especially since Alaska has no change fees and allows cancellation for wallet credit.
